Assembling the Limbs
Sew each set of Hand Tops to the six Hand Bottoms at their sides.
Sew the Lower Leg pieces together just up to the tab. Make sure you don't accidentally sew the wrong side of the pieces.
Take two Hands, open them up, and sew the wrist area to the bottom of the Forearm. I forgot to take a photo of it, but in a similar way, sew the four remaining Hands to the bottom of the Lower Leg pieces that you just sewed together.
It's kind of hard to see in the photos, but you now want to sew the area between the fingers of the Hand. See how the Hand Top has two triangles taken out of it? You will want to sew the inner triangle to the areas between the fingers of the Hand Bottom.
Time to sew all frickin' 18 sets of Claws! Sew them just to the tip of the Claw, at the bottom. Don't sew the top curved part yet.
Now to painstakingly sew the base of each Claw to 18 fingers. The middle fingers shouldn't be too much trouble, but the side ones aren't able to spread out very much. If you need to, make a small snip up the knuckle of the Hand Top so you can spread it out more.
And now you can sew up the curved top part of each Claw.
Those knuckles on the side fingers of the Hand Tops that you were wrestling with earlier? Now it's time to sew them closed. It's also a good time to snip into the seam allowance of the area between each finger, carefully trimming as close to the sewing line as possible but not cutting into the thread.
Sew the Inner and Outer Biceps together along their longest sides.
Fold the darts at the top of the Outer Bicep together. Sew them closed.
Sew the top of the two Forearms to the Biceps.
The other four limbs, sew together the top of the Hand Tops and up the Lower Legs.
Sew each Lower Leg to the bottoms of the two Upper Hind Legs and the two Upper Front Legs.
